Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each painting is lovingly wrapped and prepared for its journey from my Connecticut studio. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-8 business days after purchase. Custom commissions will take longer — details are shared individually before checkout.

Shipping Timeframes
• United States: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days via insured FedEx Ground.
• Canada: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
All shipments include full tracking and insurance.

Third-Party Fulfillment
All original artwork ships directly from my studio, not from a third-party supplier.
If you order prints or merchandise in the future, those items may ship directly from a trusted print partner, and that will always be noted in the product description.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your artwork’s journey home.

U.S. Shipping Costs

Small artwork, including eligible 12-inch round canvases, ships within the U.S. for a flat rate of $9.95.

Shipping for larger original artwork is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the piece and its destination.

Each piece is carefully wrapped, securely packaged, and shipped with lots of care from my studio in Connecticut. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before your purchase is complete.

Delays & Issues
If a shipping delay occurs, I’ll notify you right away.
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. Every painting is fully insured, and I’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly — whether that means repair, replacement, or refund.
