Welcome to Kate McNamee Art! By visiting this website or purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and anyone who engages with my services.

2. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time. Payment is due at checkout through Shopify’s secure payment system. Orders are accepted once full payment is received.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if I suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or issues that prevent fulfillment.

3. Product Availability
Each painting is one-of-a-kind. While I do my best to keep my shop up-to-date, a piece may occasionally sell both online and in person around the same time. If this happens, I’ll reach out right away to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, and written content on this website are the property of Kate McNamee Art. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Sharing my work is always appreciated — just please credit and link back. 💛

5. Prohibited Uses

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Connecticut under applicable state and federal laws.

8. Shipping & Fulfillment
All original artwork ships directly from my studio in Connecticut. Each piece is insured and tracked. I am not responsible for carrier delays once items are in transit, but I’ll always assist in resolving shipping issues.

9. Third-Party Fulfillment (if applicable)
If you purchase prints or merchandise in the future, those may be fulfilled and shipped by a trusted print or product partner. I only work with reputable suppliers who meet quality standards, but I’m not responsible for external carrier delays.
