Every artwork purchased directly from Kate McNamee Art is thoughtfully wrapped and professionally packaged with great care. I take extra measures to ensure your piece is fully protected and prepared for its journey to you.

Orders ship within five (5) business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is on its way, so you can follow its arrival home.

RETURNS: Your happiness with your artwork truly matters to me. If for any reason you decide the piece isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting hello@katemcnamee.com. Returns are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, please ship the artwork back within three (3) days. When possible, use the original packaging or a professional packing service. Return shipments must be sent via a trackable shipping method.

To receive full credit, artwork must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are issued within three (3) business days of the artwork’s safe return.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately—both of the outer packaging before opening and of the artwork itself. If possible, ask the shipping carrier to note the damage at delivery.
